First Major Traffic Surge & 50+ Presets
Strict photo and signature upload rules for India Post GDS and Railway recruitment drove organic peer sharing, scaling daily search traffic to a peak of 2,763 clicks (Dec 30, 2025) and expanding presets past 50.
ExamMint Verify Launch (UGC Data)
Built a client-side verification search tool indexing official University Grants Commission (UGC) registries to help students verify university approvals and spot fake institutions.
Web Workers & Memory Bounds
Offloaded heavy image decoding to background Web Workers and added dynamic memory sniffing to stop mobile browser crashes from 48MP–108MP phone camera uploads.
JEE College Predictor Launch
Released college and branch admission predictor using official JoSAA opening/closing ranks for IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs with category, quota, and gender filters.
ExamMint Watch (Portal Uptime Monitor)
Built to alert students when high-traffic government application servers (SSC, UPSC) went down during last-minute application rushes.
Astro Modernization & Noticeboard Retired
Rebuilt exammint.in on a fast static Astro architecture for instant page loads, and formally retired the scraper-based Noticeboard to focus exclusively on zero-server tools.
ExamMint Age Calculator Launch
Engineered an exact cutoff-date age eligibility calculator with built-in statutory relaxations for OBC, SC/ST, and PwD applicants across major competitive exams.
ExamMint Advisor Prototype
Engineered an interactive eligibility and syllabus matching engine across 36+ central and state competitive examinations, evaluating multi-tier degree streams, age relaxations, and educational equivalencies.

Shipped 80+ university GPA, SGPA, and CGPA to percentage calculators built strictly on published official grading ordinances across 12+ Indian universities.
Rust + WebAssembly & HEIC
Replaced browser canvas scaling with Rust-compiled Lanczos3 filtering via WebAssembly for sharp text and signature lines, and added in-browser Apple HEIC-to-JPEG conversion.

Some products were retired. Some were never released. Some ideas looked good in code but weren’t good enough in practice.
01.100% Client-Side Privacy
If a tool requires uploading photos, signatures, or documents to a server, it violates our core premise. Everything runs locally in browser memory.
02.Deterministic Math
ExamMint Advisor was shelved because automated matching had subjective edge cases. If a tool cannot be completely reliable, it shouldn’t be public.
03.Real Computation
Free for Students was retired after 6 days because it was merely a curated bookmark list. We focus on computational tools (Wasm resampling, grading formulas, JoSAA ranks).
04.Zero Degradation
Tools that break when government portals update their HTML (like Noticeboard or Watch) create maintenance debt. We build self-contained tools that stay working for years.
