Privacy Policy

The short version
ExamMint collects zero personal data. No names, no emails, no IP addresses, no device fingerprints. All tools process your files locally inside your browser — nothing is ever uploaded to any server. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, country, device type) so we can improve our tools for aspirants. Cloudflare Analytics is cookieless, stores no personal identifiers, and does not track or profile individual users.
What we collect

Personal Information
We collect no personal information whatsoever. There are no account sign-up forms, no email subscriptions, no contact forms that retain data, and no login systems. If you never tell us who you are, we will never know.
Files and Documents
Photos, signatures, and any other files you open in ExamMint tools are processed exclusively within your browser's memory. They are never read by our servers, never uploaded, and deleted from memory the moment you close the tab or navigate away.
Usage and Traffic Data
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregate traffic metrics — such as page views, referring domains, country, and device category. This helps us understand how aspirants discover and use our tools so we can keep improving them. No individual user is ever identified or profiled.
Device and Technical Data
No device fingerprinting, browser type logging, screen resolution tracking, or IP address recording takes place on ExamMint. Standard web server access logs may exist at the hosting infrastructure level, but we do not use or analyse them.

No Tracking Cookies
ExamMint does not place any persistent or session cookies on your browser for authentication, personalisation, advertising, or analytics. A cookie consent banner is not shown because there is nothing to consent to.
Local Storage
Some tools may use your browser's local storage to save your last-used settings (such as target dimensions) for your own convenience. This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any server. You can clear it at any time.
Third-party Scripts
ExamMint loads one analytics beacon: Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless). No advertising networks or marketing tracking pixels are loaded. Google Fonts is loaded via CDN — CDN logs for those requests are outside our control.
Data sharing and third parties

No Data Sales
ExamMint has never sold, rented, or otherwise monetised user data, and will never do so. There is no business model on this platform that depends on user data. Revenue does not exist here: we are a free, independent tool.
No External Partners
There are no advertising partners, data brokers, or affiliated services receiving information from ExamMint. We have no affiliate tracking, referral monitoring, or marketing pixels embedded in any page.
Legal Requests
In the event of a legal request for user data, there is genuinely nothing we could provide. Because we hold no logs, no accounts, and no files, any such request would result in a truthful response that no data exists.
Hosting Infrastructure
ExamMint is served through Cloudflare's infrastructure, which provides CDN delivery, DDoS protection, and Web Analytics. Cloudflare may maintain network-level access logs as part of its standard operations.

Right to Access
You have the right to request any personal data held about you. Because ExamMint holds no personal data, any such request would be fulfilled with a confirmation that no data exists.
Right to Deletion
There is nothing to delete on our end. If you have stored settings in your browser's local storage via a tool, you can clear that data yourself at any time through your browser's settings.
Policy Changes
If this policy is updated, the "last updated" date at the top will reflect it. Since we collect no data, any change is unlikely to expand what we hold, but we will always communicate updates here.
