For Student End-Users: ExamMint client-side tools collect zero personal data and zero cookies. Files are processed locally inside your browser.
For Institute Inquiries: When individuals or institutions submit an inquiry to hire us for custom tools, we collect their Name, Company/Institute (optional), Contact Email, and Project Description solely to evaluate and respond to project requests.
What we collect.
Zero-collection policy for students; minimal operational contact data for institute partners.
Student End-User Data
ExamMint client-side tools (e.g., Photo Resizer, UGC Verifier, Age Calculator) require zero account sign-up, zero login, and zero personal data. We do not collect student names, phone numbers, or personal identifiers.
Institute Inquiry & Request Data
When an educational institution, coaching center, or publisher submits an inquiry to hire us for custom tools, we collect their Name, Company/Institute (optional), Contact Email, and Project Description. This data is used exclusively for project evaluation, communication, and technical setup.
Files and Documents
Photos, signatures, and documents processed by client-side tools are held strictly in browser local memory. They are never transmitted to our servers, never stored, and purged when the user closes the browser tab.
Traffic & Analytics Data
We use cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics to track aggregate, anonymous traffic numbers (page views, referrers, device types) without identifying or profiling individual visitors.

ExamMint Student Pages
Official ExamMint tools are 100% ad-free and cookie-free. No tracking cookies or advertising pixels are placed on standard ExamMint student pages.
Partner AdSense Deployments
For partner institutes integrating Google AdSense on their custom domains, third-party advertising networks (Google) may serve ads and use cookies per Google Privacy Policies. AdSense cookies on partner domains are managed by Google.
Local Storage
Tools may store non-sensitive user preferences (such as tool presets) in browser local storage on the user's device. This data is never sent to any server.
Data protection & sharing.
We do not sell or monetize personal or partner data.
No Data Selling
Neither student user data nor institute partner contact information is ever sold, rented, or commercialized to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies.
Partner Data Confidentiality
Contact details provided by educational institutes or clients during project inquiries are kept strictly confidential and used solely for project communication and technical setup.
