ExamMint operates under two distinct models: 1) Free Client-Side Student Tools (completely free, zero ads, no account required, reference-only outputs for personal exam preparation); and 2) ExamMint Tools for Institutes (white-label platform allowing educational institutes and publishers to deploy customized tools under their own brand and domains).

Applicability
These terms apply to all visitors of ExamMint.in and subdomains, as well as educational institutions, coaching centers, bloggers, and publishers utilizing ExamMint Tools for Institutes.
How Acceptance Occurs
Visiting ExamMint.in, using any student tool, or submitting an early access request for ExamMint Tools for Institutes constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Service Demarcation
Part A governs free end-user student tools. Part B governs commercial institute partner relationships, white-label configurations, and custom domain deployments.

Permitted Student Use
- Resizing photos and signatures for personal exam applications (SSC, UPSC, State PSC)
- Searching the UGC database to check university approval status
- Calculating personal age eligibility and JEE college rank predictions
- Using tools anonymously without sign-up or fee payment
Prohibited Student Conduct
- Falsifying documents or photos to deceive examination boards
- Impersonating candidates in competitive examination applications
- Automated scraping, bot querying, or reverse-engineering of tool APIs
- Reselling or repackaging standard free student tools without authorization
ExamMint Tools for Institutes.
Legal obligations for partner institutes, publishers, and platforms.
Custom Branding & Domain Rights
Partner institutes warrant that they own or hold explicit legal rights to all logos, trademarks, organization names, custom copy, and domain names connected to ExamMint Tools for Institutes. ExamMint assumes no liability for trademark or intellectual property disputes arising from partner-provided assets.
Google AdSense & Monetization Compliance
Institutes integrating their Google AdSense Publisher ID are solely responsible for ensuring full compliance with Google AdSense Program Policies, content guidelines, and ad placement rules on their custom domains. ExamMint is not responsible for AdSense account suspensions, revenue fluctuations, or policy violations on partner sites.
Prohibited Partner Conduct
Partner institutes may not use ExamMint tools to impersonate official government recruitment boards, host deceptive domain names misleading students into believing they are on official government portals, or charge students fees for basic client-side processing without clear notice.
Service Availability & Termination
ExamMint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate white-label tooling access or custom domain routing for any institute found violating these terms, engaging in deceptive practices, or infringing third-party rights.

Intellectual Property
The ExamMint name, logotype, core tool engines, and underlying visual design are property of ExamMint. Unaffiliated third parties may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute ExamMint tool infrastructure without written agreement.
No Warranty
ExamMint tools and institute platform features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
ExamMint is not liable for rejected application forms, partner domain outages, AdSense revenue fluctuations, or decisions made by students relying on tool outputs.
Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ExamMint student tools or ExamMint Tools for Institutes constitutes agreement to the modified terms.
Governing law.
Indian jurisdiction applies to all disputes.
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent required, leaving all remaining provisions in full force.
